Breathing and Facegym Programs
If your child is a patient at The Quantum Kid clinic, our online programs may form part of their treatment plan.
If you cannot make it to our Sydney or Byron Bay clinics, your child can still make some huge gains when it comes to optimal nasal breathing and face development by taking part in the program at home!
We use Cole's own breathing course to help Quantum Kids thrive. For our in-clinic patients this program may be recommended for your child, so sign up here. Or, you may be not be coming in to see us but looking for a program to break that mouth breathing habit, improve sleep, teeth grinding or concentration. Best suited to kids who have a clear nose and good control of tongue and lip muscles.
Myo-Functional Therapy is a name given to a simple series of face exercises. We prefer to call it Face Gym. At The Quantum Kid, the Face Gym program can be a very key component to the process and it's also available to anyone who wants to revolutionise the world...by getting strong face muscles! Best suited to kids who have snoring, tongue thrusts, weak lip muscles or issues with snot and drainage.
