Once we receive your subscription confirmation we will be in touch to schedule your child’s upcoming appointments.
$284.00 will be debited today and every month for the duration of the 12 month program.
The Quantum Kid JUNIOR Program includes;
-1x vivos appliance
-Facegym and Breathing programs
-Reward charts, incentives and tools to support your child to wear their appliance and complete online course/s.
-Support from our Patient Relations Coordinator throughout your child’s journey.
-Osteopathic treatment and reviews monthly for the first 6 months.
-Osteopathic treatment and reviews every second month
(on month 8, 10 and 12 for the next six months).
-Dental review on Month 6 and Month 12.
*This cost does not include the replacement of lost or damaged appliances and necessary referrals.
*This cost does not include the Dental screen which is required prior to Month 1 appointment. Please note that you can have a dentist you have seen in the last 3 months sign off on this.

What happens next?
Once we receive notification that you have signed up for the program, we will be in touch to book your child in for their first three visits, organise your child’s dental screen and give you access to your online program/s.
